I was greated with a smile by the receptionist! The facility is beautiful! The fountain ⛲️ through the doors is so relaxing just to view and to sit near outside. The facility was extremely clean and smelled wonderful! No urine or feces smell in any of the halls or 3 nursing stations I had a toured through. - I was surprised to be waved at by employees and greated with a smile and a nurse I passed on the hall to my surprise talked to me, asking/ saying "Hello, how are you doing today?" - The DSD Jason was very in tune with what it takes to have a great experience for both the staff and residents and their families & what he expects from his employees when it comes to Customer Service, and it shows! - I thought I needed to wait for parking, but as I left, I realized they have FREE VALET parking which will be very nice for future visits! Overall, I would rate this experience a 10 out of 10! 5 Star facility & staff all the way around the facility, insideand out. Bonus!!! The residents in the halls and activities also all had smiles on their faces and seemed to be enjoying their stay there. This would no doubt be a place I would want my loved ones, should the need ever arise. Thank you to all for the warm welcome, kindness & hospitality!

The incredible staff is outstanding and the care, compassion, and kindness you have shown my husband is very much appreciated, and has not gone unnoticed. I like how the staff always greets him with a smile when they enter his room. They ask him how he's doing and they're ready to attend to whatever is needed. We are forever grateful."

Words cannot express how grateful we are for the staff at LaJolla Acute Rehab! Every therapist that worked with my mom was caring, compassionate, and capable. She made so much progress in the four weeks she was there. The social workers and our case manager were equally amazing to work with. We could not have been more happy with our time there we are so grateful for the care our mother received following her stroke.

I don't know where to begin! This facility was so welcoming to me while I was visiting a friend. Every staff member I came across was so sweet and professional! BIG shout out to Sammie, she was so AWESOME! She walked me around the facility until I found my friend Kevin R..This place is one of the best and I have visited other nursing homes and this one takes the CAKE! Thank you again for making me feel welcomed and taking care of my friend. 😊

My Grandma stayed here in December 2024 and I am late on writing a review for this. This facility was great to my grandmother. Im not sure if they still work here, but there was a couple of nurses named Heide and Marianne that took great care of my grandmother. Thank you guys for all the help and genuine care for my grandmother.There was also another Latina woman who worked nights mostly, who was very caring and on top of everything. You could tell she really cared for the patients and wanted to help them. I do recommend this facility.
