CEO Daniel, who has been devoted to senior care as his dad had a group home.His heart is totally, authenically devoted to the best senior care available which he has created here in Greenville. Tracey who shares the identical heartfelt goal was so helpful in sending the invoices I requested for my taxes. She made sure that I received them.Her kindness and dedication to excellence was just a joy. Carizza is the "care coordinator"who does her very best to connect caregivers to clients. She has been very understanding, helpful and patient. Lastly, I would like to honor the ladies who are the caregivers. All different with one important aspect in common; their open hearts. They come from various backgrounds, mostly need additional income to support their families.With joy and loving hearts, they care for the clients/seniors with their motherly love. I am very grateful for all the devoted people who have landed in Greenville working their loving magic as a team for the sole purpose of caring for seniors, and caregivers.

I called the Greenville, sc office to get help for my mom. No one called me back from that message, but I scheduled a phone assessment online and Daniel called me right on time. Had a lovely conversation with him and was very hopeful this would be just what my mom needed. He set up an appointment to meet my mom and I drove three hours to her house for the meeting and he never showed up. I texted him, called and left two voicemails on his cell and left a message at the office and no one ever called me back. A couple weeks later I called to speak to the corporate office to let them know of the situation and was transferred to the SC lead’s office and left her a voicemail and what do you know- she never called me back either. I’ve heard great things about this organization (different locations) so was even more disappointed. I would never trust them at this point as they are clearly very unprofessional and very unreliable.

They treat my mom like their own family. When she was worried about her old photo albums getting dusty, the caregiver offered to help clean and organize them. They spent hours looking through each photo and talking about memories.

My siblings and I met Daniel at Visiting Angels right before my father passed away to arrange for help with my Mom after my father passed away. They were very responsive getting us a lot of around the clock care for my mom and then transitioning to several times a week to help care for my mom's needs after her multiple trips in and out of the hospital. We couldn't have done it without Visiting Angels' help. Allison one of the caregivers there was a great blessing to help us through a lot of difficulties over a 6 month period. I do highly recommend Visiting Angels.
