Had the displeasure to speak to Jeanne a few weeks ago, and I can only say that she is extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate. The rest of the staff was great but she has guaranteed that me and my family will not be using Visiting Angels’ service any longer. Please get her the help she needs.

My wife and I are both 100% disabled veterans. I was given a prescription by my primary care physician to receive help with cleaning and meal prep. I was allowed 2 hours a week. The director named Dani visited my home and interviewed me. I explained that while I needed personal intimate care, I preferred to have that care provided by my wife exclusively. This woman not only denied my application for this company’s services but also terminated the two hours a week care that I had been authorized because she claimed that I was just seeking a housekeeper. Don’t invite these people into your home. They are not Veterans friendly.

Living several hundred miles away from Grand Junction, Visiting Angels has quite literally been a God Send to us. Our mother is in a GJ care facility. After her husband passed away needed she needed to have someone nearby at night and Visiting Angels were able to have an Angel with her through the night. As she has progressed, she needed the Angel less and Visiting Angels worked with us to adjust to our mother's needs. They have also responded on very short notice to help out with last minute doctor's appointments and meeting our mother at the ER for the occasional ambulance trip. I can't express how much we appreciate the staff and the caregivers (Angels!) from Visiting Angels.

I’ve been very happy with the care my elderly mother and her husband are receiving through the Grand Jct CO Visiting Angels! The caregivers are all so kind and experienced, plus they just get right in and do what needs doing! I’m a bit picky and they’re very responsive to the way I like to do things. Management is very flexible and they work with me every month as I try to “fine tune” the work schedule to meet needs while being cognizant of the budget. Some “old folks” are not necessarily the easiest to please, so I really appreciate how things are going so far! I definitely recommend Visiting Angels for in-home care needs!

The Visiting Angel caregivers were excellent. They came in and got right to work. My husband required a high level of help and they provided it. The management was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I would use them again.
