When we needed 24/7 help for our 94 mother, we are so thankful we contacted Visiting Angles. The name says it all and they sent us a true angel, Josette. She patiently helped us figure out our new normal with having someone living in the home with our Mom. After a year, Josette feels like part of our family. She is absolutely devoted to our Mom and is an expert at figuring out what she needs and what makes our Mom happy and makes sure she gets it! You never expect to need Visiting Angels, but when the time comes you are so grateful. My Mother was in-home hospice with terminal cancer. Our main goal was to provide her with a dignified passing at home. When hospice and family resources were exhausted we turned to VA. Within hours of our call, Ed was at the home to evaluate our needs and plainly review our options. That next day we had a full schedule of care that flexed, expanded and ultimately ended with Mom’s passing. Every team member was compassionate, respectful, responsive and dedicated to Mom and our family; Kimmy in scheduling, Jessica the day aide and MiJoy or “Joy” to my Mom were like family within 5 minutes of walking in the door. They truly are Angels and we are so appreciative that they have chosen to light up dark days. Thank You!

Visiting Angel services helped me with consistency and caring for over a month with assistance I needed after hospital care. Marina is a very exceptional caregiver. She thinks of all of the things that will help a client. She is careful and thorough and she is very kind and professional She is both very experienced and excellent in her abilities to cook, clean, assist me going to the doctors amd local pharmacy /shopping,. I highly recommend her for her dedicated help. She listens and is flexible in helping. She gave me a chance to heal better. by taking care of my home and me in the most caring And thoughtful ways.

We just started in-home care with Visiting Angels. They have been fantastic so far and making life much easier! The scheduling is great and very easy to speak with someone on the phone. They have helped with lots of chores, meal prepping, some errands, mobility issues and even helping with the garbage. We have worked with Iyanna, Margaret and Francena so far. All have been great, professional and very friendly. Highly recommend and so very grateful for all they are doing for our family.
