Visiting Angels has been amazing! My father passed away a few months ago and my mother is unable to drive. She's still pretty self sufficient in many ways but needs help with things like going shopping, going to appointments and some help with small things around the house. I contacted Visiting Angels and Jessica came out to meet with my mom and I. She was absolutely amazing and listened to our concerns and situation. She set us up with Shannon to come by a couple days a week to start. Shannon has been wonderful and really connects with my mom. I've really been impressed with how communicative Visiting Angels is. Jessica gives me regular updates as to how things are going. They are even helping us get set up through my mom's long term care program to help cover the cost! After a few weeks my mom started running out of things for Shannon to help with on the current schedule, and Visiting Angels was able to easily adjust and scale back the visits for now, until my mom needs more help. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels to anyone in the Coachella Valley. They have allowed my mom the freedom to stay independent in her own home. Thank you so much! -Chris

Jessica in the Coachella Valley office made the process of signing up easy and enjoyable. She is compassionate, reassuring and follows through. The office is accessible and responsive to phone calls and requests. We are starting services for my mom today!

Visiting Angels Palm Desert has been amazing for our family. They care for my parents, and they absolutely love their caregiver. The staff (Shawnell & Jessica) are compassionate, dependable, and truly care about their clients. We have complete peace of mind knowing our parents are in such good hands. Highly recommend—definitely the best home care agency in Palm Desert!

The Visiting Angels Palm Desert care team for my FIL are amazing!! We needed in home care for him during the transition of moving him closer to family in a dif state. And they were with us every step of the way! Shawnell, Jessica and Kelli are wonderful!! We truly wouldn't have been able to do this without these ladies. Couldn't have hoped for better help and care!
