Visiting Angels has been amazing! My father passed away a few months ago and my mother is unable to drive. She's still pretty self sufficient in many ways but needs help with things like going shopping, going to appointments and some help with small things around the house. I contacted Visiting Angels and Jessica came out to meet with my mom and I. She was absolutely amazing and listened to our concerns and situation. She set us up with Shannon to come by a couple days a week to start. Shannon has been wonderful and really connects with my mom. I've really been impressed with how communicative Visiting Angels is. Jessica gives me regular updates as to how things are going. They are even helping us get set up through my mom's long term care program to help cover the cost! After a few weeks my mom started running out of things for Shannon to help with on the current schedule, and Visiting Angels was able to easily adjust and scale back the visits for now, until my mom needs more help. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels to anyone in the Coachella Valley. They have allowed my mom the freedom to stay independent in her own home. Thank you so much! -Chris
