Visiting Angels exceeded all our expectations. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The caretakers (which were 24 hours by the end) became dear friends during the final weeks and months of my friend's life. We needed compassionate help and definitely received it.

Beyond her skills, she has a warm, personable nature that makes those around her feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely valued. I am very grateful to Visiting Angels. They have been a godsend for my mom. I have used their wonderful services for a few years now for my elderly mother. Every caregiver and administrator has been extremely compassionate, trustworthy, patient, timely, knowledgeable, and very efficient. My mom is not an easy case due to her back surgery, diabetes, and medication needs. We could not have been in better hands. Our caregiver, Jennifer, stayed with Mom twice this week. She had such a gentle touch and encouraged my mom while checking her vitals, cooking, making sure she had a bath, cleaning the house, and doing the laundry. She also picked up medication and was just amazing. My mom was thrilled! Our caregiver, Maritza, filled in at the last minute. My mom adored her while saying she was so kind and helped her with her blood pressure, glucose checks, made lunch, did laundry, and cleaned. The administrator, Michelle, was on the front lines helping me with my mom’s last-minute care needs while relaying all the information to the caregivers, scheduling my mom, and getting my mom’s information so she could pick the best caregiver for her. Michelle was so patient as I had to call back and forth to see what my mom needed. Even though I am in San Diego and my mom is in LA, Michelle made me feel like I was right there and took care of everything.

Laura is extremely helpful for my Mother. She is very punctual, patient and makes sure my Mom gets the best of help. She takes her to her Doctor appointments, prepares her meals and even makes sure she puts her night gowns out before she leaves. In addition, my mother says she has a wonderful and giving spirit. I/We are very grateful to have found such a wonderful person and service.
