So grateful for Visiting Angels! I needed help caring for my dad and Sue graciously was able to get me a caregiver the very same day I called. My dad received excellent care and my dad is still asking for Leticia to come back and see him. I will be a repeat customer!

I used their care giver service for a medical procedure that required me to be anesthetized. They arrived on time, drove me to the hospital, waited until the procedure was done per Texas law, and then drove me home. The care giver was very nice and did a great job.

We used Visiting Angels over a 20 month period to take care of my Mother and would use them again in a heartbeat. We liked them and they were great, often working under difficult circumstances. My Mom liked them too, which was most important. We used them 24/7, months at a time, as well as 5 hours/day, five days a week. They were flexible and the supervisor could be reached quickly, almost always immediately.

I had tried to care for my disabled wife myself. But I could not do all of it. It was especially difficult to manage her incontinence issues. Our medical insurance social worker recommended Visiting Angels. I called and Sue had an angel at my home in less than three hours! At first, I thought I only needed respite a few times a week. But the Angels were so great that I needed them twice a day. Sue made that change on a Sunday morning!
