My step mom lived there for over 10 years. The management had problems keeping up the maintenance on the buildings and cutting the grass. The front office is always crowded with people so you can’t have a personal conversation with the manager without people listening. My cold water pipe broke in the kitchen for over 6 months and was still broke when I moved out. Imagine a 88 year old person not having cold water and having to get the cold water out of the tub. They don’t care about you or the place. If you have to claim on your insurance for a problem you have know say so eve the policy is in your name. Read the fine print on everything.

When will this senior apartment community ever get consistent maintenance people to fix problems that are many years old?? My brother has lived here 9 years, and there is and has been rotting wood outside his apartment from lack of gutters. This has been an ongoing problem. I even called corporate and sent in pictures to no avail. My brother loves living there, but I hate the conditions under which he is living, especially when they raise the rent EVERY year WITHOUT fixing problems!!!!!!

I had been trying to rent one of these apt, since I think it was Aug 2024.they took my deposit(150.00) .Every time they said they had one for me,drive over there and told me it wasn't ready to move into. They told me that about 4 times. The manager said we could to a walk in, but her walk in is going to the front door and that was it. She never answer just looks at her phone(I was waiting on and she did that.. Not worth it took me forever to get my deposit back. And she went Thur 5 mantments men while I waiting for a apointment ,the manager is a lier ,don't waste your time on that place

Decently managed, grounds could be kept up better. Grounds have no night lights so it could be dangerous for the elderly residents. Also noticed the wood on some of the units seemed to be either with Termites or Dry Rotted. It seems that the residents like it there and are very friendly. My mother in law briefly lived in units but only for less than a month from Ohio and left due to humidity here in SC

I live on the premises, very nice and clean quite the neighbors don't bother you, except for the tenant in 101. The office mgr and maintenance mgr are married .easy going couple.
