Village Caregiving has been instrumental in providing care for my husband that has Alzheimers. I have a number of caregivers, some have not worked out; but management kept sending people to me. Several workers had to leave for personal reasons. Now I have had Sonia Valadez for over 3 years. She is great and actually knows how to care for Alzheimers. I completely trust her and she is great, trustworthy and dependable.

Lynea was was very helpful answering my questions as I begin this new journey. She gave me a reasonable rate and will be able to begin care when I am ready. Look forward to July to begin. I was calling for information and got all I need. Thanks

Appreciate all that Lynea and Village Caregiving have been able to assist my family with. I called and actually spoke with a “live” person. It is refreshing to work with a person and not the companies robots. My sister called as well and left a voicemail which was returned in less than a day.

I came to Simplicity after quitting an assisted living job and hoping to get a 17 per hour position that was a bait and switch. Considering I had previous experience with caregiving, landing this job was super easy and I was happy just to be working again part time then eventually full time at minimum of 15 per hour. Management was ok with communication despite issues between clients and family members, but there's also high turn over with them too. I've only used three days of sick pay and have only two write ups with missing a day of work and not complying with company policies with medication. Other than that, I like my clients I work with and had to move on from some others due to personal boundaries. Be careful of how you document your words in your notes and what you document that you do on your shift with client. As it might go against company policies without you knowing it that may seem harmless, but result in a write up from the agency.
