We visited our family friend at the facility for father's day. From previous experience, I was anticipating bad smell and poor customer service, but it was different. From the young lady at the receptionist was attentive and would interact with family members; greeting the men happy father's day. I went to the kitchen to request for coffee, the kitchen was clean and the young man who assisted his name is Falfa. he was respectful. I ask him if there is a new management in the kitchen. The nurse said the manager is on leave and the HR is assisting. I said they should keep whoever is helping right now. first time seeing the kitchen clean and the cook was talking to us nice. her name is Julieth. it is getting better.

My grandfather was transferred there yesterday night room is nasty so small everything is falling apart. We took him home this morning because they didn’t give him any food and he said the nurses were not listening to him. I’m not trying to make this a bad thing but he’s 90 years old and doesn’t know where he was the staff was kind but did not give vegetarian food to my grandfather, who is a vegetarian it was a terrible place My sister took a lot of photos and worst place to ever go also, everything looked very old and run down I would never make anybody go there also, my grandfather had to ask them for water this whole place was just ridiculous terrible and nasty

This nursing and physician staff in this facility provided AWFUL care! I developed blood clots after being transferred to this facility after hip surgery. The nurses ignore calls for help and may respond at their leisure. They pretend to not hear the bell if you need help. Nighttime is the absolute worst! The doctor’s there are negligent and even when I pointed out that I had pain and swelling in my leg, they still did not treat me and never gave me compression socks for treatment. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I am still on blood thinner medication because of their NEGLECT! I do not recommend this place to anyone! The negative reviews are given for a reason! I wish that I could give them ZERO! This place is WORSE THAN AWFUL!!! The only good thing that I can say about it is that their physical therapy treatment and personnel are adequate, but everything else is absolutely horrible! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I had a generally positive experience here for rehab. The private room made recovery quieter and more comfortable . The PT team was patient and really pushed my progress in a safe way. My family and I think they listened and adjusted therapy as needed. There were a few times communication could’ve been quicker, especially between nursing and therapy when scheduling and when changing shifts, but whenever we spoke up someone addressed it. Overall I made real progress with rehab, and I’m grateful for the staff who helped me regain strength.
