I have visited my brother in law a few times and the facility has always been clean and orderly. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! My brother in law tells me it is not just when I visit. They are always that way. He just loves the staff.

I completed my clinicals here while attending MCC and becoming certified as an LNA, and I had such a wonderful experience at this facility. Even though I don’t have family members here personally, I was able to see firsthand how truly well the staff cares for every single resident. The residents were always well taken care of, treated with respect, and genuinely engaged in activities. It wasn’t just about meeting basic needs — the staff made an effort to keep them involved, social, and happy. You can tell they care about quality of life, not just routine care. Spending time with so many older adults, listening to their stories and learning about their lives, was an honor. This is a place where your loved ones would be in compassionate, attentive hands. ❤️

My sister looks clean and well cared for. She’s had a longer recovery this time and need an additional 3 weeks to gain enough strength to return home. I’m grateful for them having a clear plan/path to being discharged. She said the food is pretty good too!

Staff is very knowledgeable, attention, friends and courteous. Have some challenging situations, but we're addressed in timely manner. Go out of their way to address issues. Villa Crest is very clean. Temperature is comfortable. They need to stay on top of returning residents' clothes after being washed and labelled in a more timely fashion 9verall, highly recommend
