My mom was there for an 3 month rehab. Perfect place for her. All the staff was attentive and kind. TheVilla is clean and well maintained. The food was good. The daily activities were enjoyable for her and she made several friends. We would recommend the Villa for short term rehab.

the physical therapy program at the Villa is very good, they're extremely focused and precise. The activities department have been very helpful and they do a nice job with the residents. Overall the care has been very good and has made a positive contribution to my wellbeing.

Price is the "not sure" part. Care and environment was great. I was at the Villa for about two months Dec. and Jan. 2025-26. I have COPD and was really pleased with my physical therapy in particular. Reading through others' reviews there are quite a few friendly staff I did not mention, but I agree that it is a clean, friendly and welcoming place. I wrote to the director, and will repeat the bulk of my letter here: Dear Director Showstead I am happy to be writing today to commend and support your Physical and Occupational therapists. I have been here for about 2 months and worked mainly with Kelsey McCartney DPT , and Reilly Simpson OTR/L. A few exercises here and there were guided by Mya Fayad OTR/L, and Aynet Santiago COTA. A few other sessions with different young men were also very pleasant. I am most impressed with Kelsey and Reilly, because I feel that they are exemplary team members. In addition to the fact that they are highly trained, knowledgeable, and skilled, they work well with each other, with me, and with other staff. I am confident that they have carefully considered what I will need to be able to do on my own at home. Kelsey and Reilly have assessed my balance, strength and endurance, and assigned exercises that address my needs. They presented me with activities that are varied, fun and safe. Aynet provided pages of exercises and a ‘rubberband’ I will take home and use. Another staff member who has been very kind, efficient , and encouraging is Lycesse Dumay known as Lisa, who has helped me shower. I am sure that my time at The Villa at Stamford was pleasant and productive largely because of these outstanding staff members. Sincerely, Cathy M Dillon

My family member just arrived but has been here before for rehab. They are most welcoming especially to Veterans and they have extended above & beyond to help us!! Last experience with rehab was great. Denise, the APRN is very experienced & excellent. The best part is it’s only 10 minutes from home & I can come & go to visit!! Thank you so much Villa @ Stamford!! PS: Shout out to Blimie for all her help :)

Our mother came to be at the villa for sub-acute rehabilitation. After receiving exceptional care she decided this was to be her permanent residence offering her daily assistance and physical therapy. The staff is beyond attentive and genuinely kind. We could not be more pleased with her care. This facility is clean and efficient. All our requests have always been met with consideration. Thank you The Villa at Stamford
