My family and I are truly grateful for the care my father received at Lincoln Park Nursing and Rehab. From the very beginning, the staff treated him with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. They did everything possible to provide him with privacy, attentive care, and a comfortable environment during his stay. The team was always professional, patient, and willing to help, which gave us great peace of mind as a family. It was clear that the staff truly cared about my father’s well-being, and that made a meaningful difference during a very important time for us. Every member of the team deserves recognition for their dedication and outstanding service. Thank you to everyone at Lincoln Park Nursing and Rehab for the excellent care and support you provided.

rude staff, emotional abuse I will be calling the health hotline recently, my grandmother received transportation service to meet at a family gathering. she was only gone for a few hours and she receives oxygen. THEY SENT HER WITH TWO OXYGEN TANKS TOTAL AND ONE OF THEM WAS EMPTY! She ran out of one tank and we went to hook up the second one to find out it was completely empty. My grandmother was panicking that she couldn’t breathe which only made things worse. We called to complain and they tried to act like she didn’t leave. How can you not know where your patients are? on top of only sending one partial oxygen tank. This place is so neglectful. I don’t even understand how some of the employees have jobs. Disappointing.

My father in law was recently admitted to this facility. I've met several stand out staff members so far, that are going above and beyond to help make him comfortable during his stay.

This morning I happened to observe your van driver assisting one of your residents after his appointment at the MCW/Froedtert Medical Center. The care and attention and respect that she showed him was quite impressive. As he was brought out of the building, she immediately tucked a blanket around him to protect him from the cold. She carefully loaded him onto the wheelchair lift and into the van, all while speaking to him in a very kind and gentle manner, even reassuring him that it would be toasty warm inside the van. It was such a thoughtful moment and genuinely touched my heart. It made such an impression on me that I am still thinking about it several hours later.

This was my 2nd stay at Lincoln park, I chose to be here for rehab. I felt comfortable and cared for by all facets of staffing from administration to cleaning personnel. As with any facility there are sometimes staff shortages but everyone pitches in to take care for residents in their facility. I have been very pleased with the amount of therapy I received and their efforts to get me able to return home in a reasonable amount of time. There's ample activities for persons who want to join in. I will return there if the need arises.
