I have honestly never seen a friendlier place. Even if you are a friend with one of the residents(and not her daughter even though I have been told that I could be, we do go to church together but I have known her since I was a teenager, the warmth and love from the staff is great. I would recommend Victoria Mews or as I and a few others refer to it as "The Mews", thank you for all you do for my friend/church family member who lives there. Shes very lucky to have such a wonderful, clean environment to live in. To the staff you all are so kind and loving to all the residents.

From the moment I pulled up, I was impressed by the facility’s presence — and even more so once I stepped inside. I’ve now visited a handful of times since my grandmother became a resident, and I feel truly at peace knowing she’s in the care of the staff at Victoria Mews. I’ve worked in geriatrics since I was 14 and have experienced many facilities, both in professional and home settings. That background gives me a real understanding of what separates a good facility from a great one — and Victoria Mews stands out. The staff treats my grandmother and all the residents with genuine warmth and attentiveness, and every visit has been met with friendliness and helpfulness. I’m impressed on every level — the facility is beautifully maintained, and the staff truly lives up to it.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I just wanted to share how grateful my family and I are for the incredible care my mom receives at her Victoria Mews. From the moment she moved in, the staff has been warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in her well-being. It’s such a comfort knowing she’s in a safe, supportive environment where she’s not only cared for, but also encouraged to stay active and engaged. The team goes above and beyond—whether it’s remembering her favorite activities, checking in on her daily, or simply taking the time to brighten her day with a kind conversation. What truly stands out is the sense of community—everyone, from the maintenance staff to the private owners, knows my mom by name and always greets her with kindness. That level of personal care means more than words can express. This isn’t a large chain facility—it’s privately owned by doctors and nurses who truly care about their residents, and it shows in every detail of how the community is run. The facility itself is always clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained, which makes it feel like a true home rather than just a place to live. Most importantly, my mom is happy—and that means everything to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a more compassionate group of people to care for her. A special thank you to Susan. Very positive yet brief experience with our mom in memory care at Victoria Mews. Staff was welcoming and attentive for the three months she was there before passing during a short hospitalization. Comfortable room with her familiar furniture and possessions helped ease her transition from another facility. Nice location, atmosphere and activities.

My mother in law had excellent care while she was a resident at Victoria Mews. All the staff treated her like family and she was able to enjoy a safe environment with plenty of activities, good food and quality care until her passing at the age of 104. I can’t say enough good things about Victoria Mews.
