Our community is comprised of five homes under one roof. It is the perfect community for those who want their loved one's everyday needs satisfied in a homelike environment, without losing the connection opportunities that are able to be fostered in a larger, more diverse community.  Featuring a grand clubhouse that connects all five homes, you'll find residents enjoying card games, exercise classes, and social activities throughout the day.

Whereas other communities require their care teams to cook, clean, and provide care, we believe that a caregiver's primary focus should be providing resident care at all times.  At Via Elegante we have a professional housekeeping and culinary team dedicated to supporting our caregivers so they can focus on what matters most.

We believe in providing all-inclusive care and consistent pricing that is not determined by the level of care a resident may require. All of our suites are available fully furnished at no additional charge, including flat-screen TV’s and cable television.

With numerous caregivers and our experienced director team, including an RN on site, we’re able to give personalized attention and spend quality one-on-one time with our residents. We know their favorite meals and snacks and serve them when and where they choose. We recognize their needs and preferences and deliver customized care. That’s one more reason we’re unlike any other assisted living or memory care community.

Management of Clinical Needs

Our clinical team, including our Registered Nurse, is comprised of professionals that work with you and your doctor to manage all aspects of care. Weekly personalized emails from our Health Director keep you informed of any clinical changes and needs. Living at Via Elegante means the days of running out to refill medications are over. We work with pharmacies that deliver pre-packaged medications that our highly trained team processes and administers. We help manage all clinical aspects of your loved one’s care so that you can focus on spending more quality time with them. Via Elegante also has established relationships with a number of Doctors and Nurse Practitioners who do "House Calls" at our community on a regular basis, resulting in fewer trips to the Doctor's office.

Secure Memory Care In Home Environments

We integrate assisted living and memory care into all of our secure Assisted Living and Memory Care Home Communities. We have found that many people with mild to moderate dementia thrive in a community with residents of varying cognitive and physical needs. By offering a beautiful, homelike environment with consistent and familiar caregivers, we are able to provide a warmer, more comfortable atmosphere than many of the larger, institutional “Alzheimer’s/Memory Care” facilities.
