This place is absolutely disgusting. If you are sending your loved one here make sure to do pop ups and always come visit them because if you don’t they will be neglected. Whoever in charge of this place should be ashamed of theirselves. 1st) administration here is all around nasty attitudes, supervisors nasty attitudes, they disrespect their staff in front of patients and families. 2) there’s bugs and garbage everywhere in this facility, the floors are dirty, the rooms are outdated and dirty, the breakfast, lunch and dinner disgusting. 3) CNAS don’t always have the best attitude but they try their best to, they are disrespected and have to work with whatever they have. The CNAs look stressed out and expected to work miracles. The people here hold professional license which I question and don’t know how to carry themselves in a respectful professional manner. Many of so called professionals don’t deserve to hold any of their license. Best experience here is some of the CNAS they care about the patients and they try their best to do what they can. I would never suggest anyone to come here unless you are a family member planning to visit often.
