Our mom was there recently for rehab. The nurses, the doctor and the rehab staff all did an excellent job. They were always very willing to answer any questions that we had and were very kind and understanding with our mom. Thanks, Van Crest team. We truly appreciate it.

Vancrest of Urbana has been a godsend! Both my mom and step father moved into Vancrest in January (one in Skilled Nursing and one in Assisted Living). The staff have been AMAZING! On the nursing side, I'd like to give extreme kudos to Allison, the lead nurse and the first face we met, and Wendy, the social worker. They both have gone above and beyond their duties to make the transition smooth and to assure this out-of-town daughter all is well. On the Assisted Living side, Sharlon, the director, has worked tirelessly to help my mom settle in, this includes many phone calls, emails, meetings, and just spending time! I'd also like to shout out Tristan, the kindest person who helped me after hours when mom was in a meltdown. I count them ALL angels!! I could never have imagined a better place for my parents!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

I've been a resident at Vancrest of Urbana Assisted Living since September 20,2024. It's a great place to live. I have a private room with my own bathroom, kitchen area with a microwave and fridge and a small sink to wash dishes. The staff are super friendly and they work hard. We have activities, and play cards and put puzzles together. I definitely recommend Vancrest of Urbana.

My mother has been at Vancrest Assisted Living for a year and a half now. It's a wonderful facility. She has a private room, which she really likes. The staff is very patient and caring, and they have a wide array of activities if residents want to participate. As with any facility like this, she gets tired of the food, but they really go out of their way to offer different options to give the residents a change of pace. Again, that's driven by staff that actually care about the residents! I would definitely recommend Vancrest Assisted Living.
