My sister was admitted to the rehab center on June 10th. Thank God she has 24 hour caregivers. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. The caregivers have done most of the work. Nurses take hours to change her. She is diabetic and we are bringing her food because the dieticians can't get her menu right. A referral was done for a kidney specialist due to high potassium, high creatine and low kidney count. That was June 22 and today is July 1st and I still don't know who the referral was sent to. If you care about your loved ones, you don't want them going there. 1st night my sister arrived after hip surgery and fractured femmer, she didn't receive pain medication until the next morning. I could go on and on, but thank goodness we have protective supervision for her. Otherwise who knows what condition she would be in. Please research for a good facility.

Michelle with wound care and her team are outstanding. Mike and physical therapy the best, ADA and her nurses caring, better then you could ask for. Rebecca and Chrystal horrible, don’t communicate, no follow through. The absolute worst. Should not be in their position!

My daughter and I were visiting family staying there; everywhere we went we saw examples of a caring staff, not just to one group or another but to everyone that interacted with them. There was a free and easy attitude present, families were at ease together and interacted with the staff during their duties to the patients staying there. The environment still promoted order and cleanliness and above all a non-invasive monitoring of all activity. The entrance way provided a self screening technique and an informative roster of visitor behavior and safety guidelines expected. The location of the facility was set hillside, a cascading large fountain of water front center, and a grand scenic view of the valley was the front yard. Such a peaceful outside retreat for patients and families. A small but lovely facility that cares.

During the month of October 2025 I spent 10 days at Valle Vista which was the second time ...the first being in 2022 -23 for 6months. Both times the experience was positive! The CNA S and office staff eagar to help and quick to respond when called. Speech and physical therapists very encouraging. Housekeeping does a good job in cleaning. Food also good. I was delighted to find on my recent stay, many of the staff, CNAs were still there from my earlier stay so I felt right a home. Thanks to all for your continued hard work!!!
