About Valley View Healthcare Services

Valley View Healthcare Services is a Medicare-certified home health agency serving Chico, CA and has been Medicare certified since 2022.

Medicare rates the quality of patient care at Valley View Healthcare Services 2.0 out of 5 stars, based on how quickly care starts, how often patients improve at walking, bathing and managing medications, and how often they are readmitted to the hospital.

Home health is short-term, doctor-ordered clinical care at home, typically after a hospital stay or during recovery, and Medicare covers it in full when the patient qualifies. Families who need ongoing help with daily living, such as bathing, meals and companionship, should also compare non-medical home care agencies nearby.

5 Stars - Life-Changing Care!
Working with Jordan from Valley View Healthcare was the best part of my recovery after my hip replacement surgery. From the very first visit, Jordan brought a calm, encouraging, and expert approach that put my mind at ease.
I was nervous about moving and regaining my strength, but Jordan met me right where I was. She designed a clear, personalized recovery plan that pushed me just enough without ever causing harm. Thanks to Jordan’s incredible guidance, patience, and hands-on support, I am walking independently again sooner than I ever expected.
What sets Jordan apart is how much she teaches you. She didn’t just guide me through exercises; she explained the "why" behind every movement. I learned proper body mechanics, how to safely navigate stairs, and how to manage my healing at home with confidence.
If you or a loved one need a home health physical therapist who is deeply knowledgeable, kind, and truly invested in your success, I highly recommend Jordan and Valley View Healthcare Services. They gave me my mobility and my independence back!

I had Jordan as my physical therapist and Jennifer as a social worker. I had a wonderful experience working with Jordan, she was always on time, kind and caring. Both Jen and Jordan did what they said they would and that meant a lot to me. I would recommend them to anyone and I will miss Jordan tremendously
