My aunt was a patient at Valley for a short time. While she was there the staff was wonderful. When it came time for her to discharge home, Amanda and Chris made sure that it was a smooth transition back home with hospice. They work quickly to ensure she had all needed equipment in place for her discharge and had hospice meet the family at home as soon as she arrived home. Amanda was acknowledgeable with my aunts diagnosis of dementia and took the time to educate the family. The family was truly thankful for the care and compassion that Amanda and Chris showed. It is evident that they truly love their job and give each resident and family their all.
