I am writing to report inappropriate and unacceptable behavior at your center. Today, I was brought into an office against my will by two staff members — Myles (administrator/manager) and Freddie (social worker). I had asked to speak in the hallway, but they insisted that I enter the office. I was very frightened when they forced me to go inside. Once inside, one of them closed the door behind me, preventing me from leaving, and they accused me of speaking to other patients, which is completely false. Despite my denial, they continued to pressure and intimidate me. Being trapped and confronted in this way caused me extreme fear and anxiety. I was eventually forced to open the door and leave. They were lucky I did not call the police. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Staff have no right to lock me in a room, make false accusations, or apply undue pressure. As a result of this incident, I am experiencing significant stress and fear. Communication regarding patients should be with their family members, not by isolating visitors and confronting them aggressively. I request that this incident be investigated and that proper measures be taken to ensure that this does not happen again.

This facility is rightly called a “care” Center.. To say it far exceeds any expectations would be an understatement. It is providing me with every service and human contact I could ask for and more…… Medical interaction has been stellar and accurate and more than willing to answer or find answers to any questions I may have. The physical therapy is outstanding as well. Thank you Valley Palms Care Center

One of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life, was going to Valley Palms after my knee surgery about two months ago. Honestly, the facility was way better than I expected. It had such a relaxing atmosphere, clean, and the staff were all caring and friendly. Thank you Myles the social services director, you are like an angel keeping everything running smoothly. She is so strong, caring, kind and smart. The physical therapy department in this nursing home is fantastic. All the staff members are very professional. Thank you Mary Ellen for helping me. You are the best physical therapist . You are kind , patient , and skilled in your work. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all your great support.

I gave Valley Palms Care Center a four ⭐ rating because I believe there is always room for improvement. I was an in-patient resident for approximately two months. I received intensive PT and OT therapies. The staff, from housekeeping to clinical, were caring and professional with their individual concentration focused on my specific needs. The physical maintenance of the facility is clean and welcoming to residents and visitors. Kudos to ALL the staff.

What a pleasant surprise while visiting my Uncle Recently at Valley Palms Care Center!! Such positive energy from the staff toward their patients, visitors and co workers!! They really make everyone welcome with care and compassion. Very obvious their patients are thriving in this environment. And so very clean. With a large aquarium and seating giving a warm Home like environment. Definitely recommend This rare find!!!🤗
