I've been regularly visiting a loved one at Valley of the Moon Post Acute and have consistently been impressed. Facility is clean, well-managed, and staff are kind, professional, and attentive. Nurses are compassionate, dedicated and respectful. My loved one feels safe and well-cared for, which gives us peace of mind.

Andrea the social worker was very kind, helpful, professional, and intelligent when communicating and went above and beyond for a safe discharge home. Robert from physical therapy also was very attentive and helped increase my family member's independence and safety when returning home.
