I have been to many, but this stands out the most. The food was great. The staff was courteous, and I felt that they had my health in mind. I would recommend for anyone to come to this facility. I would like to give special recognition to CNA Precious for the exceptional care and compassion she provides. Her communication skills and ability to make people feel comfortable truly stand out. Precious always took the extra time and care to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my care.<br><br>Precious consistently went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met, including communicating with the kitchen to ensure we received what we requested and making sure my roommate’s soup was warm enough. She is a very loving, protective, and caring person. When she was no longer assigned as my CNA, she gave me a hug that showed how much she truly cares about the residents she serves.<br><br>I would also like to recognize CNA Teresa for her gentle approach and professionalism. She was always caring, attentive, and made sure I received my showers as scheduled. Her dedication and kindness made a positive difference in my experience.<br><br>Nelson is also deserving of recognition for being caring and attentive. He always made sure I received my medications on time and consistently attended to my needs with kindness and respect.<br><br>I am grateful for the wonderful care, compassion, and dedication shown by these staff members. They represent the type of support and commitment that makes a facility feel like home.

Where do I begin well lets begin by saying that the staff ALL the staff from the top to the bottom [AND EVERYONE IN BETWEEN!!!].JUST TO MENTION few.. From Stan,Alvin,Arnell,The peaple, in P/T& O/T THEY JUST DON'T QUIT! They treat the Residence patiences with dignity and respect.How do I know this well right now my brother is currently there now.Going on his third time and each time they have saved his life.They are bar none the BEST at what they do.I NOW CONSIDER THEM MY FAMILY ! {OUR FAMILY!} THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING EVERYONE. This facility certainly lives up to its 5-star rating, whether it be the management, RN's, RN Assistants and the others who help to keep the the place running and in tiptop shape. They were all professional, helpful and gracious. RN Deborah was especially kind and caring to my wife while performing her duties, assistants Africa and Ana were always asking if there is something they could do or get her. The PT staff did were excellent in moving my wife from needing substantial help to move about to walking very confidently with a walker. Grace, Carlos and Deborah were fabulous. Thanks to all .
