My sister, who passed away last year, lived in Willow Gardens for four years when her dementia made it too difficult for us to care for her ourselves. I am very grateful we found Willow Gardens. They provided excellent care for my sister. The director, Sallie Carlin, was always responsive and helpful. The whole staff - front desk, nursing and medical staff, the caregivers who attended to her daily, all were understanding and helpful. There were many daily activities in common rooms where residents could gather - as long as they were able to sit in a chair or wheelchair, they were with others and not alone. The family was always warmly welcomed any time we wanted to visit. I miss those visits and still think of Willow Gardens very fondly.

We removed my father from Willow Gardens within a month of moving him here. The care left a lot to be desired, the facility’s communication was severely lacking and they kept thousands of dollars as a “community fee” that were desperately needed for his care due to their clause that they must have 30 days notice to remove a resident, even if they are there for less than one month. In our case, his 19 day stay cost us almost 20k.

We have our Uncle Fred there and visit him regularly. He's incredibly happy and really likes the staff, his meals and talks about how lucky he is to be there. When we visit him, the staff are caring, friendly and always go above and beyond to keep everyone safe. The facility is clean and bright with lots of communal areas and he really likes his room. We feel so much better knowing that he's in good hands.

Top notch care! I regularly see the nurses and aids go above and beyond tending to the care of each resident. I would recommend to anyone including my own family. Thank you Willow Gardens!

Fantastic facility. They provide amazing kind and compassionate care for our family member. The Director of Memory Care, Sallie Carlin is very communicative with us, sending us updates and photos. The recreational staff -Latoya, Ivy and Berta make sure he participates in all the activities from music to painting. The nursing staff is great! Highly recommend as they take excellent care of your loved ones!
