Twin Oaks Health & Rehab is first class. The front office staff are friendly and will make you feel helped and cared for from the start. The Social Worker is fantastic. Then once there the nursing staff is professional yet friendly and caring, things get done here. The CNA’s, housekeeping are super. The Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapist are 1st class. Highly recommend Twin Oaks to anyone. Update: Just completed outpatient Occupational Therapy after shoulder replacement surgery. Working with Rachel to get back to full use of shoulder was once again well done. Twin Oaks Health and Rehabilitation, as stated before is first class and I would highly recommend them for anyone.

Our mom was admitted to Twin Oaks Rehab facility 5 years ago and continued to live in her “new home” until recently when she passed. Without Twin Oaks, mom would not have lived as long as she did. From the management team, nursing staff, CNA’s, kitchen staff, laundry folks, maintenance, and all the other care givers, who truly cared for her as if they were their own parents and/or grandparents. She was spoiled by all. The facility is absolutely fabulous and very beautiful. Clean, bright, and welcoming. We were so blessed to have such a facility where we knew Mom would have excellent care. We will always be eternally grateful to our family at Twin Oaks. Penny & Sisters

I’m 91 years old, and unfortunately fell one night. I ended up fracturing my pelvis and sacrum and needed medical help. After a hospital stay I chose Twin Oaks, rehab rehabilitation and long-term care, for my recovery. The rehab was slow, but immediately when I arrived at Twin Oaks, everyone couldn’t have been more helpful, kind, and welcoming! The facility was so clean and professionally cared for, it gave me great comfort and peace of mind! I have received excellent care in the rehab unit, including physical and occupational therapy… And help with all my personal needs. The staff tending to my room was always there, and very helpful for whatever I might need! After a couple of weeks of rehab, I decided to become a resident in the long-term care unit. I had reached an age that I decided I may need more support than the independent living I, had been enjoying. I am happy to report that everyone here made the transition exceptionally easy and comfortable. I could not ask more from the nursing staff, assistants, maintenance staff, laundry and cleaning services… And so no! honestly everyone I deal with on a daily basis has been so wonderful! My son has been handling any of the paperwork, insurance information, arrangements for any appointments, with the office staff. He tells me they are a wonderful team to work with and have made it so easy for him to make any needed arrangements. It is truly been a great relief and help, during this transition. So I would just like to think once again everyone from the director’s office, social services, billing… And all the staff thereafter! If you’re considering a place at a certain age for wonderful care and attention this would be it! Thank you, Barbara!

It is comforting for me to know that my wife of 62-years (yes I have said yes ma’am for 62-years) is so loved and so well taken care of Twin Oaks. The entire staff treats me and my children like we are family. The facility and program is top notch. They are professionals in mind, spirit, and performance and if they are not they will not be working there very long. I am grateful for the cleanliness and the quality of the food for Marge but mostly I am thankful for the wonderful care they give her.

Twin Oaks provides both the needs and many of Moms preferences. When Alzheimer’s became a safety issue for Mom to remain home we knew we wanted a safe, clean, happy, and healthy environment for her. We also wanted a place close to the family so Dad could be with her on a daily basis. The family visited several facilities that care for Alzheimer’s residents. Twin Oaks Health and Rehab was the choice we made three years ago and we are so blessed and thankful we did. Twin Oaks provides the level of loving care from a professional staff we wanted for Mom. They also provide healthy, tasty food dining options and an environment conducive for socialization. The nursing staff are wonderful as is the recreational staff. All employees are welcoming to family and friends visiting. The entire staff from the director to the janitor are excellent!
