The Piper couldn’t be more accommodating. The staff is excellent, caring, professional and quick to listen. We would be an example of someone not wanting to be in a care facility, but my dad has adapted and settled in and succeeding. The facility is very clean, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. BTW, we have known upwards of 20 people that have come through The Piper in their life journey and all have been satisfied. We are safe now. I sincerely want to thank you all!

If I could I would give more stars. Leaving a love one is never easy. Realizing that you can not take care of them is hard. The Piper has not became just a place to take care of him…. The staff has became family. We are blessed to have their help in caring for my father in law. Kristy is amazing and deserves a raise. She cares… she listens and she watches out not just for my father in law but for all residents. They have all made us breath knowing he will be taken care of.

Moving to Piper Assisted Living was the best decision we could have made. When Matt and I walked in the front door we were both smiling. This is it!!! There was a welcoming calm feeling . Every one on staff was helpful . I’m so glad that I chose Piper

The Piper Assisted Living facility in Kansas City, Kansas has been absolutely wonderful in caring for my dad. He began on the Memory Care Unit, and after a fall that led to a hospital and rehab stay, the administration and nursing staff recognized that he needed an additional level of care. They sat down with my mom and me to talk through what that care could and should look like, and we truly appreciated their honesty, compassion, and responsiveness.<br><br>For families, it is so important to maintain routines that support the care plan and help create a sense of normality, safety, and comfort for loved ones who need additional care. The Piper staff has been incredibly supportive of that. My mom eats dinner with my dad nearly every evening, and that predictable routine helps him feel safe, connected, and loved.<br><br>I was there recently and was instantly filled with joy watching the staff interact with all of the residents. You can tell they care deeply. The Piper is a special place, and our family is very grateful for the care, kindness, and dignity they continue to show my dad. I would definitely recommend The Piper to other families.
