My mother lost 24 pounds in 3 months while bed bound and wheelchair bound. She died of dehydration and starvation. She weighed 104 pounds when she died. Do not put anyone you love in this place, ever.

Every time i step in this horrible building it reeks of pee and the building is decrepit falling apart around the people inside, and last i heard they haven’t had functioning hot water for over a month, state inspectors are constantly coming to inspect the building and they costly fine the owners. If you care about your family members don’t put them in here its a prison made to look like a retirement home.

It took them 24hrs to get my foot x-rayed when I injured it. I'm diabetic, and have 3 broken bones in my foot. 2 weeks, no podiatrist appointment until I took matters in my own hands. The "Healthcare" in the name is a lie. I'm diabetic, with a single weekly injection to control it, and my last dose was a microdose because they ran out. They don't communicate with residents unless cornered, and often gaslight to put the blame on them. Another resident hasn't gotten results from a test she had done 2 weeks ago. Labs aren't THAT slow. My mail has been opened twice since coming here, supposedly by accident, which i don't believe. My first winter here, I went 3 months without heat until I reported them to the state. Maintenance is problematic. Wi-fi has improved in recent months. Cable is mostly reliable. Big deal. Don't bring your loved ones here unless they're related to staff.

Most days they are understaffed and takes forever to get your call light to get answered . You are suppose to shower twice a week but have the time it’s once a week. They have a jacuzzi for therapy but it broke fore almost two months now . When you get your meals half the time they are Incomplete for example pancakes no syrup cereal with no milk or half the time you get something you didn’t order and they tell you that’s all they have. Since I’ve been here, they have ran out of milk. They have ran out of eggs and you have to go two or three days without. Till they get a new shipment in. In my opinion, they are committing fraud against the US tax payer
