I received the call today that my mother is dying. As I said goodbye to her, I experienced behavior from the nursing home staff that I found deeply upsetting and unacceptable. That moment is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I have already spoken with the head of nursing staff, but I am disappointed by what I perceive as a lack of accountability and concern beyond minimal requirements. Based on my experiences, I feel I have been treated with a lack of dignity and respect based on preferential treatment for my sister, a former employee. AND the positive reviews here are from staff.

I must say that I was extremely surprised when I walked into the facility that it did not smell of urine. I've never been in a nursing home that didn't have a faint or strong smell. That right there tells me a lot about the Arma's nursing home. The aids there were super nice and clean. It was a very nice experience for sure!!

I was in Arma Health and Rehab for 2 months I got excellent care they were friendly, caring, professional loving I couldn't got any better care. The food was excellent. My daughter is there and has been for almost 5 years. She loves it there.

Jen and Jenifer run an amazing facility. Their love and dedication to resident, families and their staff is second to no one. Not only do they have a homelike environment, but they recently had a deficiency free survey! If you want the best for your loved one this is the home for you.

We have been very pleased with all the staff members. Everyone from the nurses to the aids have been very helpful , compassionate and caring. The therapy department across the board has been amazing!
