The day shift staff are great all round ,but the night shift, specifically the ones who were here on 02/12 2026 at 6:30/6:40 were so nasty ,off-putting ,and rude. For the amount of money that the family pays Monthly,I’m disappointed and expected more hospitality and class. Is this an accurate representation of Trinity Villages Values and Standards.

This nursing home is better then the springs of Pine Bluff. I know the administrator they have now over the nursing home has been in a lot of legal trouble so when it is time for my mom to go to the home I don't trust sending her here. The time I went to look at it, it seemed like a clean place. Most people were friendly.

The people at Trinity are very friendly and welcoming. It's a family-oriented environment. They go above and beyond to make sure their residents are happy and well taken care of. When you walk through the door there is always a smiling face welcoming you and ready to assist you. Trinity is the best.

My husband was at Trinity Village Medical Center for 4 months and I was constantly having problems with his care. I complained and no one corrected the problems. He had Alzheimer’s Disease and could not speak for himself. Because of this, in my opinion, he was neglected many days. He was transferred to the ER at 8:30 one morning and I was never called to inform me of this. I found out when I got out there at 4:00 that afternoon. He was at the ER for 8 hours by himself very agitated and upset because he could not communicate. He had pneumonia and died 3 days later. No, his care was totally unacceptable. I would not send my dog to that place. The administrator stays in his office and doesn’t have a clue as to what is going on. I can’t believe we were paying $6500.00 for such inadequate care.
