Communication is horrible, the unnecessary lying is to the MAX insane. Appointments are always rescheduled and blamed on the resident. The meals are horrible (if you should even call them that). For the most part staff is lazy and not entirely enthused to be there. The rooms are not cleaned regularly (better off to sweep and mop yourself). Etc…

Just wanted to share my experiences with you all about my stay at The Blossom at White Hall. I must say that it is always scary being away from home. But the care and hospitality that I received was awesome. The nursing staff Mike, CNAs, housekeeping, dietary was all wonderful. Oh how could I forget about the activity lady she made sure that my stay here was extremely nice.The administrator always addressed any concerns in a timely manner. I couldn't thank this place enough. Im forever grateful for the staff here. Thank You All❣️

People always talk about the bad things but hardly ever mention the good. Well I was here for therapy and I must say that they took great care of me. The CNAs, Nurses, the Therapy team, oh yes the activity director was Wonderful saw to all my needs played Bingo, crafting and so many amazing DYI projects, had party's but overall I must say it was a great stay. Being here I only had one issue that occured and I must say that the administrator fixed it without any problems.

Okay time for me to speak out. I've heard some not so good things on my Facebook Page. Telling it's not a good place to be. Well let me say this about the Blossom. They have treated me with all kinds of kindness. When I got down and ready to just give up. The Girls pushed me and got me back on track. I have learned to love them and think of them as part of my Family. I have a little one that comes to see me before she goes to school. An I have adopted her as one of mine. So don't pay attention to what you might have heard.

I am writing in support of a friend whose family member is at this facility. The amount of stress my friend has to carry because the staff at this facility are not providing even the most basic level of care is appalling. In my culture, we love and respect our elders, and caring for them when they are in an often helpless stage of life is a honor, and the very least we can do. Sometimes the care required is more than we can provide, and in that instance, we are forced to seek community assistance from facilities who promise to respect and care for our loved ones the way they’d be cared for at home. That is not what my friend and her family members have experienced at this facility. Instead, they are living a nightmare worthy of investigative news reports: neglect, conditions that result in bedsores, incorrect medication administration, unchanged diapers, lack of communication. They can’t even get someone to just look into her room once every 6 hours to make sure she’s ok! This is absolutely shameful. Management needs to address these issues immediately.
