Trinity Springs is an assisted living and memory care community located in Oxford, Florida, operated as a nonprofit ministry in partnership with Live Oaks Community Church and Cassia. The community is situated near shopping, professional services, and adjacent to The Villages active adult community.

Trinity Springs offers spacious apartments with exceptional dining featuring chef-prepared meals served in dining rooms, along with personalized services designed to support residents' comfort and quality of life. The community provides memory care through a specialized program called The Neighborhood, and partners with Lifeforce Healthcare and Trinity Therapy FL to deliver in-house medical and therapy services. On-site nursing includes a full-time Director of Health Services, Nurse Supervisor, and Memory Care Coordinator, with an RN available on call seven days a week after business hours.

Wellness and lifestyle amenities include a fitness center with equipment designed for older adults, a salon and spa offering massage and hair services, a movie theater, activity rooms for social gatherings and learning opportunities, and physical assessments for fall risk and mobility.
