Ann Wilson did a great job at showing me around and setting up my wife's room. I am not st all pleased with the billing as I have been over charged $894.90 in two months. My contract is for $5500 monthly.. This issue needs to be fixed in order to avoid legal action. Most of the staff are cordial and caring.

When the nursing home decided to discharge my husband a week early, the Team at The Willow’s stepped in and provided all the necessities until his furnishings could be delivered the following week. Everything went so smoothly and I appreciated all the extra effort to get him settled. Thank you for making something so difficult easy!
