I just left Trinity Oaks Pearland and had the most amazing time! I am a volunteer coordinator for a home health/ hospice company. I just love playing Noodle Ball with the residents here! They are so happy and so full of energy! I want to say Great Job to Faleena, The Activities Director here at this location. Faleena your residents are thriving here! This is a joy to see! Keep on shining your love and light! See you next week! Can't wait!

Updated: My grandmother has lived at Trinity Oaks of Pearland for about 13 months, and unfortunately we’ve seen a noticeable decline in quality since the recent management change to Triple Crown.<br><br>Staffing appears to have been reduced—there are fewer nurses and team members available, and those who are there often seem rushed and overstretched. This has clearly impacted the level of care and attention residents receive. Front desk attendants after 5PM have been cut with minimal attendants on staff leaving individuals unable to get inside to see family members after 5 PM.<br><br>Paid for services - e.g. 24/7 care, check ins, room cleaning & tidying, shower support, meal delivery, hair cuts, etc have been cut or minimized. With so few staff they can only do the bare minimum, if at all.<br><br>The food quality has also declined significantly. Meals now taste overly processed, lack freshness, overcooked, freezer burnt, and are sometimes not edible. Even basic dining room items like condiments and utensils are often unavailable. Room delivery for patients is regularly cold or room temperature for “hot meals” despite the extra charge. After complaining, my grandma felt retaliated against by management, receiving even less quality care and feeling like manager and staff were frustrated against her. It was clear management mishandled complaints and instead of better supporting staff, penalizing and threatening them, only further impacting resident care.<br><br>Additionally, there seems to be a drop in overall operational quality. For example, basic supplies like trash bags are flimsy and tear easily, which reflects broader cost-cutting measures.<br><br>Overall, the level of assisted living support and day-to-day experience has gone down considerably in just a few months. I hope management addresses these issues soon.

I visited this facility for a loved one and was immediately impressed by how friendly and attentive the staff was. Even the residents seemed happy and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their loved one, as the overall atmosphere felt genuinely positive and caring.

From my experience at this facility presenting and being around the staff and residents I have to say the staff is extremely welcoming. Faleena does a great job of keeping the residents engaged and trying to find new experiences for them. Taking with the residents and being around them on a fairly regular basis I can say they seem very happy and taken care of. I always enjoy my time there with both residents and staff and look forward to the next time.

From the moment you walk into Trinity Oaks of Pearland, you immediately feel a sense of warmth and family. The entire community is incredibly welcoming, and that feeling carries throughout every interaction. The residents are genuinely sweet, engaged, and full of life, which truly reflects the care and environment created by the staff. Every caregiver I have encountered has been kind, compassionate, and attentive. It is clear they don’t just work there, they truly care about the residents and treat them like family. A special recognition to Michelle, the Director, Faleena, the Activities Director, and Sharon, the Wellness Director. Their leadership and dedication shine through in everything they do, and it’s evident how much love and pride they have for their community. If you are looking for a place that truly feels like home for your loved one, Trinity Oaks of Pearland stands out as one of the best. The longevity of the residents and the joy they have in being part of this community speaks volumes about the quality of care and environment provided here. I highly recommend Trinity Oaks to anyone searching for a compassionate, welcoming, and truly exceptional assisted living community.
