This place is nice and clean. Clarissa is very hands on and helpful, I can’t say enough of about how loving and caring the caregivers are. Angie is amazing! I am so glad we moved my mom here. Care is fantastic

This is a beautiful assisted living facility. The staff truly cares about all of their residents. The Harbor is a breath of fresh air. If you're looking for something in the Pearland area, The Harbor is your go to.

Since opening, this community has offered the finest care along with good food and activites. Our loved ones are well taken care of and we would highly recommend Clarissa and her staff!

To whom it may concern: It’s been 3 days since my injury The Harbor Assisted Living Facility in Pearland Tx 2909 Province Village Dr. for negligence. I was injured while delivering food to the facility due to safety hazards on the facility’s behalf. I slipped in the water(condensation) and slimy algie that traveled from the ac unit across the back door area at the delivery area in the back door area. I was treated poorly by one of the staff members who I think was a supervisor or director. While on the ground in pain she was rude to me and tried to grill me as to why it’s my fault that i fell. I informed her that on my delivery instructions it stated to go to the back door and I spoke to the person who ordered for the facility and she instructed me as well. I called the person that instructed me to go to the back door and she also confirmed with the supervisor. I asked several times for an incident report and I was told that they don’t do that here but they made a copy of my id and took my phone number. I was taken away by ambulance. The company haven’t contacted me and I’ve left several messages and they will take messages for the director but I never get a returned call from anyone. I need a copy of the video footage at the back door and a copy of the report that’s been filed. I’m reaching out to you because this is a licensed health facility that left me in an unhealthy situation as they tried to clean it up thinking that everything would go away by avoiding me. I need something done about this because this is inhumane. If I’m treated this way I can only imagine how the seniors are being treated at this facility. Demeka
