I am so happy, super satisfied, excited, ecstatic, with the treatment, communication, honesty and dedication that was always given to me by stay and the memories on the employee that even without me talking, was able to remember who I was and my issues. If I could give a 100% rating and not a 5 I would and everyone doing their job to the tee.!!!!! Every other hospital even the sister buildings need some training from here. Love the healing process.

PLEASE READ IN FULL : I want to give my gratitude and thanks to all the night nurses in the Er, the Night staff ON THE OR(operation room )FLOOR LAST NIGHT 6/15/26 . And a BIG THANKS TO DR.THEOCHARIDES . They all went above and beyond to make sure my family and most importantly that I was ok BEFORE AND AFTER SURGERY ! Most physicians just do there job and go about there day . The amount of care that they all showed for me, makes me so emotional in a good way . I had no worries because of the way they reassured me . Where ever I can write a review or express my gratitude for them all I will ! That’s the least I can do and pay my bill on time haha . It feels good to know that not only me but every one who walks into trinitas/RWJ will get exceptional care . My dad had a great experience and recovery years ago here , and now I had a successful surgery just truly warms my heart. Even though I was here for something that could have me down and depressed ,they brought light to the situation and I know god makes no mistakes , he sent me to the right people . Thank you all again . I hope you guys see this !! & I hope this comes across to someone who maybe second guessing coming here for any reason !

My husband and I have been here for nearly a month, and we cannot say enough positive things about the exceptional care we have received. Every staff member we have encountered—from the security and front desk team to housekeeping, social workers, dietary staff, nurses, CNAs, physicians, and surgeons—has demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to patient care. We are incredibly grateful for the support, education, and kindness shown to us throughout our stay. The high standard of care provided by this team has made a challenging time much easier to navigate. Thank you to everyone for your dedication and outstanding service, we wouldn’t be as far progressed without you all!

We recently transferred to Trinitas Hospital after receiving care at a large NYC hospital where, unfortunately, we did not see much progress. From the moment we arrived at Trinitas, the difference was clear. The doctors and nurses were truly exceptional—both highly skilled and deeply compassionate. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and treat us with genuine care and respect. It made an incredibly stressful situation so much more manageable. The nursing staff, in particular, deserve special recognition. They were attentive, patient, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure comfort and dignity. Whether it was responding quickly, offering reassurance, or simply showing kindness during difficult moments, their dedication did not go unnoticed. Their warmth and professionalism made a lasting impact on our experience. A special thank you to Dr. D’Urso, Dr. Garg, and Dr. Ibrahim. Their expertise, dedication, and kindness were outstanding. They truly went the extra mile to provide the best possible care. We are deeply grateful to the entire Trinitas team. Your compassion and commitment make a real difference in patients’ lives, and we will not forget it.

n 2025 i went to the emergency room and i was really feeling bad the tell me they have to leave me in the hospital and gave me treatments to do test to see why i was feeling so bad everything was good, they put me in a room with somebody else the room was so hot that i couldn’t breathe i ask the person next to me if she was okay that i talk to them to fix it for us and put it more cold. After a while they did it. Everything was good but them the next day the person next to me was discharge and in the afternoon they put another person next to me. I was medicated with a extreme headache i tell the nurses to gave me ice because it was to strong i was asleep when first i smell smoke the nurses came to the room and ask us if we were smoking i was in shock and you understand that i was feeling really bad, they ask both but the nurse that came know that was the woman next to me and tell her to give the cigarette to her. I was so confused and scared the i saw the person next to me in the shadow move like crazy like doing exercises at that time in the night, i new something was wrong. Next i stand up to go to the bathroom and the floor was all with pee the bathroom was a disaster i call them to clean it because if you are in a hospital and getting up you want your room clean they can again but they do like it was me the urine all the floor. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe to be with that woman next to me. I call me husband explaining the situation and he tell me to ask the nurse to move her out of the bedroom in that time i spoke to my mom that she came to visit me late and saw the woman and she was telling her that don’t look at her like she got some problem in the head. When the nurse speak to me tell me that they were going to move her out to another room but they were waiting for maintenance to clean the room.. i tell them it was ok that i wait. But in that time i felt asleep because of the strong headache. When the nurse call me at midnight a tell me that i have to move from the room and I explain that it wasn’t me it was her but they want me out of the room so i decided to discharge me from the hospital because i was horrible to stand prepared everything to go to another room and feel bad of your health. Like i said before everything i already was in the room they turn down the heat and it was so much better that in the other room they didn’t want to put it down because the other person in the room was sleeping already. So i discharge myself because the experience was awful the treatment when i got to my house like at 3 am i talk to my family they tell me the woman was homeless that they been doing that accepting them there. that hospital that they can’t refuse them service. But i think the can put them all in one place because is not safe for the patients. Nobody is going to stay in a place like that. They have to do a better job. My experience was horrible the people say that hospital is like that you have to be very careful.
