Our family hired Trilogy to provide 24 hr care for my dad for 3 weeks before getting him settled in assisted living after a health crisis. They were wonderful to work with. Quick to get us on their schedule, friendly and caring every step of the way. They really saved us! They were always just a phone call away and anything I needed the care providers to know, they always made sure messages were relayed to them. I only had the chance to meet Wendy in person, and I want to give her a big shout out for her exceptional care. All the other providers were wonderful too, I heard. Joann came out and met with us to assess our needs the first day and was a delight as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! They provide a great service and truly care.

So thankful to Trilogy staff and caregivers for providing care for my parents for 2+ years. We began with help only a few days a week and then increased care as their needs increased. So thankful to the office staff for scheduling evening caregivers on short notice each time major health issue occurred and then working with us the final month as we were moving our parents into Assisted Living. Joanne and team did regular in-person checks with my parents and would also check-in with me to make sure our needs were being met and to share information as needed. The daily caregiver truly loved my parents and was a life saver, proving them with the additional care they needed and also providing vital stimulation, outings, errands, and trips to endless medical appointments. Trilogy helped relieve a lot of stress for my family and I highly recommend them!
