If I could give this facility, no stars I would at first it looks like it would be a Incredible please for your family member to be please don’t be deceived she here for short term, rehabilitation In the amount of time that my mother was in this facility, she was left alone more than she was checked on. She was not given appropriate showers. There are times when she was yelled at when she needed help with simple things. Her personal property came up missing on more than one occasion she had a medical issue that went untreated for more than a week her Brad was broken and wasn’t fixed causing her to get large cuts across her legs that were not treated We found roaches in her room, many of the CNA‘s that did work with her were rude and Lacked empathy they’re there for a paycheck and not to help the patients The administration lacks Professionalism And the ability to solve common problems The rehabilitation and therapeutic team my mother had were great thank you Craig and Dave for taking great care of my mother and helping her. To progress with her rehab You are the best part of this institution

After a few months stay I've had to change my review. The place is very clean and looks welcoming at first . The office lady's are very much bullies. They bullied my mom into changing insurance with the threat of self pay or my dad being kicked out . Mind u after I found out i called insurance company and all information from office ladies was false . United health care was and would of continued to pay . Loop hole was had to put in a evaluation once a month .apparently that was to much on the office ladies to be bothered with. Physical therapy was a hour my dad might have gotten 15 20 mins actual work out unless it was Joe. Joe was amazing . There was 2 cna chelsey and Logan who always went above and beyond the rest was there for a pay check and that was it . When my dad had a medical emergency they was saying he has a dnr he didnt not so thank god his heart didnt stop or he would of not been revived . Showers that was a joke 3 times a week turned into my mom having to remind them several times he needs a shower they would put he had a shower when in deed in only got a bed bath . Let me not leave out they didnt give him his meds a couple times but was in his chart they he had . They took him completely off one of his meds without telling my dad or my mom and it was his afib med. My 78 yr old mom was there everyday from 8am till 6 pm or later so yes we def seen more than we cared to. Several times she showed up to my dads breakfast still sitting there and now cold cna says o we knew u would be coming so we didnt feed hom we knew u would . Imagine being hungry seeing ur food sitting in front of u and cant feed urself . My mom don't work for tri county so wasnt her job to change diapers feed or keep up with meds but she had to . Dr z was great . Now on to the roommate my dad had at first he had mental problems was always screaming even threatened my mom at one point . They ended up taking him to jail for assault on another resident. I know they are a business and need make money for them to stay open but money shouldn't be priority and unfortunately tri county puts money first not care of the resident . Told them at 10 am we would be taking my dad home from hospital we wouldn't be coming back went over about 1 to get his stuff from his room. It had been cleared out already boxed up amd put in storage ???????? If they moved that fast to take care of my dad he might not ended up in hospital with uti and severe dehydration. Yes getting fluids regularly was another fight in its self. So I would like to thank chelsey and Logan for going the extra mile always showing compassion and giving the best care possible. Joe for doing physical therapy correctly Dr z for taking time to explain health issues with my mom and andrews home care for staying on top of my dads care . He is at home now my mom is less stressed and tired even tho she's primary care giver now. From this point my dad will always come home from hospital stays . Let's me not forget to put most employees talk to much personal stuff with residents shouldn't know their personal finacial struggles or who got wrote up for what or who they dont like to work with . If looks can be deceiving this place can be the poster child of what not to do with elderly . FYI my mom wasnt only one who came daily to stay with their loved one due to lack of trust of they would be taken care of proper

My mom was here for 3 weeks in late 2024. They definitely hire people that are just there for a minimum wage paycheck and don’t actually care about the patients. When working in healthcare, it should be because you care about people, not just for your paycheck. Very disappointed.

Large lack of communication. Staff is not very attentive, the only good thing as I see it is that the physical therapy staff is attentive, as far as the rest the staff sucks!! Very disappointed in the " care " my loved one is receiving. I wouldn't put my dog in this place!! I believe I will bring my fiance home & have physical therapy come to our home & I'll take care of him myself..I have 15+ yrs taking care of pople....I will be looking into this.

I would leave zero stars if I could. My dad opted for this place after being diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal cancer early this year. He was “kicked out” every time he left to go to the VA. Each time it was for a different reason. He refused physical therapy because he could barely walk. His nurse told him that “it’s just cancer. Stop being such a baby about it” if you love your family member, please steer clear of this facility.
