Treemont is a great place to live with only two exceptions. The smokers need a designated smoking area. When they smoke on the benches on the sidewalk the smoke enters non-smoking residents windows when open for fresh air. And the caretakers that park near the F-building forbid residents from parking in certain spots in the back lot with threats of towing

If you love your family or friend do not and I mean do not put them in this place! It's old, it reeks, it's upkept, there's a million cats everywhere!!!!! There's low hanging trees everywhere, the nurses are slow to give medication to patients, therefore causing the patients to NOT receive their medication on time. Let me put it this way, not one person working there would put their family member in this place! That should tell you something! I'm still wondering why they're still open?!?!?!

Do not put your loved one here. The place is dirty smell urine throughout, look at hallways floors carpets walls extremely dirty stained urine feces. DIRTY sheets on beds. Its a very depressing environment. They do not follow medical instructions my father aspirated got pneumonia because they failed to elevate him and feed him pureed foods thickened liquids as per doctors instructions, it's extremely unsanitary. No security they let anyone in and out. Their wound care is worst in Houston. Avoid this place. It's dangerous.

Do not put your love one in treemont. In 2022 I was sent their, I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I asked for Tylenol the nurse gave me tramadol, I press the button for help my heart rate was high, she did not call a ambulance for me. I call my daughter she did it for me. The Indian nurse came in the room told me she was coming back, she should of call the ambulance me. I was taken to the hospital and they kept me. I was treated horrible there .

I was there with a friend to visit their family member and we arrived the light was on, she went to look for the nurse but she was told she was on lunch. We stayed an hour and no one came to check on her. The resident was very upset and begged us to not leave. This is a terrible experience. I will be going back to check on her. It this is unacceptable.
