I am really confused by the great reviews that have been left. With the experience I have had with this company, I don’t even understand how they remain in business. The support people that were assigned to my granddaughter often did not show up, or called to cancel hours or minutes before they were due to come, or they left early when they did come. The company would not contact us to inform us about who is coming or their schedule, I received calls from the person saying who they were and when they’d be there, even if it was not the agreed upon days/times the company was hired for. And the last support person just did not show up on their scheduled day. I called the person many times and also left voicemails, but they would not answer or return my calls. I also called the business number many times and also left voicemails and no one returned my calls.I eventually got in touch with the initial person that we signed up with, a “supervisor”, and she said she’d look into why the person did not show because she was not aware that they had not, and call me back, that was 3 weeks ago and she has not answered my calls since. So I would not recommend this company for services. My granddaughter has Asperger’s and consistency is important to her, that is not something that was received working with this company.

I have been with this company for 2-3 years now and I absolutely love the company. Their employees are absolutely amazing! Every single one of them is very genuine and sincere. I really do appreciate that there is a company like this that actually helps people like me and others who need it more. They have given me hope, strength, self esteem and happiness back. I have made so much progress since I have started with you them and even more just in the last month. So if you’re looking for ILS,companionship, IHS, they are your go to people. They match your vibe and energy with their staff and for me personally it’s always been a good fit!
