One star since i couldn't do zero! Colin "seems"to have good intentions for this facility and it's residents. But the staff, nursing, all of it, is very poor, inconsistent and thier PT program is not as good as they make it out to be. I selected it because read it was decent and was told it was 7 days a week. That is not the case. They encourage diapers vs going to the bathroom, medically they are very poor care, i would even go as far as neglect. They were always "too busy " to help with physical movement, to help get out of bed, to go to bathroom, to get her meds,to get a shower! After 18 days there , my loved one was not recognizable, she was zombie like and if you starting paying attention thats how a lot of these poor people seemed as well. She went from an alert, on top of it 72yr old, being denied medical care to go to the er, finally going and was so sick, dehydrated and more it was absolutely ridiculous the "care" she received there. Instead of progress she severely declined. We went there as a first time family to skilled nursing in any facility. I would not recommend, if you go please immediately walk out if you want them to come home again.

I'm still here and dying to get out of this place literally. I'm supposed to get pain medication every 4 hours from the car wreck I was in. It is now been 9 hours since I have had any pain medication. Everybody seems to ignore me. I haven't had anti-inflammatory or anything. There seems to be a major miscommunication between the different shifts because some are excellent. Some are just plain rude. The one aid was screaming at a woman to shut up because she wouldn't quit her own rampage. So now we had two people screaming at 11:00 p.m. at night. I asked continually to have our door shut only to be ignored.

This review has taken months to get in. I was admitted on 5/12/25 after issues from a left TKA. My first 2-3 days was difficult however the staff were totally awesome and made me feel much more relaxed as the days went on. I had one incident with a staff member that was handled with professionalism. My room needed changed due to a medical condition and made the rest of my time here very positive. I did have two issues. One, I was told I was getting an air mattress that never came and had a pretty painful bedsores. The second was an error with medication as some dosages changed, however, this one was resolved thanks to my advocates. Now the best part - the PT dept was phenomenal!!! Lisa, Susan, Joe, and the gang were amazing. Personally, i thought I would never walk again. The dedication these folks gave, their expertise and professionalism was second to none!!! I really can't say enough about this group of men and women. It was a very sad day when I was discharged. I promised them I would walk back in to see them to show them how far I came. That day is still yet to come, but getting closer and closer. I recommend this facility to anyone especially those needing PT and rehab. Thank you to the staff and administration for a job well done.

The skilled nursing team is attentive and professional, and they really seem to understand the individual needs of each resident. One standout feature is their in-house dialysis service, which makes a huge difference for those who need regular treatments—it's convenient and reduces the stress of having to travel for appointments. Additionally, the therapy services are excellent. The therapists are knowledgeable and work closely with patients to develop personalized recovery plans. It’s clear they care about helping individuals regain their strength and independence.
