Tower Park

Tower Park is an affordable housing community in Modesto's historic downtown district that serves low-income seniors age 62 and older. The community offers 49 one-bedroom apartments designed to provide accessible, independent living for qualified residents.

The apartments include free high-speed internet access available in the Community Room and Computer Lab. A service coordinator is on staff to help residents connect with community and medical services, supporting residents in accessing resources they may need.

Tower Park's location in downtown Modesto places residents near restaurants, shopping, and other neighborhood amenities, providing convenient access to services and activities in the surrounding area.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. Pet policies are in place to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, with guidelines covering registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and pet restraint in common areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, and residents must sign a non-smoking agreement.
