We hired these services for night care, specifically to ensure our father didn’t fall if he got up in the night. On this providers first night caretaking, they fell asleep and subsequently our father fell and hit his head leaving him with a gaping wound, an abrasion on his ribs and knee, all within being less than two feet away, to which the care giver said “he was too quick.” Our father has terminal cancer and is on hospice, he’s not going anywhere quickly. This was the second offense after the first night being told/directed by the first care giver that our father did not need pain meds six hours after his prior administration and then was told the same three hours later. We are incredibly disappointed. Though we recognize a company cannot be responsible for one individual’s actions, we felt it necessary to share our experience so that other families know what can happen. Chris, the owner, as well as HR have been incredibly responsive to both occurrences.

Touching hearts is a great company to work for very family oriented and understanding. Schedule is great as part time and full time are offered. Everyone is very respectful and they go above and beyond for their clients.
