I would give this company 0 stars maybe they were efficient in the past with the 5 star reviews given by others, but definitely not in 2022 in handling my new order for a CPAP. Sleep medicine provider has literally sent paperwork 4 times starting on 1/12/2022. Classic negligence of following through in getting together the necessary documentation and all information that my insurance company compliance vendor is requiring for prior authorization. It seems very clear she was lying about not receiving the right information maybe she was faxing but not about talking with the person at my sleep medicine provider how was faxing it back to her. Do business with this company at your own risk of having stress and your time wasted. Person handling this Lynn just hung up on me as she couldn't handle someone taking an assertive stance.

I don’t post reviews but the service by the Tomorrow Health team was so exceptional that I felt the need to provide this post. Recently Ive been rehabbing a sore back and have struggled with transparency with the products I use. Stumbled on Tomorrow Health online and ordered a brace that worked great and was delivered promptly. What really impressed me was the outreach by their customer care team ensuring the quality of the product and getting feedback from my experience. I haven’t received that level of service before and it was refreshing to say the least. I wont be going back to the old ways of guessing whether my purchase is covered by insurance or not! -Garrett
