If I could do no stars I would. Dirty building, horrible food, extremely low staffed. No real rehab or activities and even worse absolutely no place to go outside. And I am paying the same amount as way nicer places.

This is the worst facility I've ever been in! Staff is non attentive, I asked for washcloth and towels 3 days ago still have not received them they seem to have lost my clothes in the laundry for 3 days now. Food is cold My mother passed away yesterday and my sister called to have me call home the nurses station couldn't be bothered to contact me .

This place is the worse place ever, do not send your family members here if you want them to progress. Staff is not reliable and good luck getting anyone to open the doors for you. Place is disappointing and disgusting. For the price they are profiting off insurance from the patients.

Worst place on the planet. This place should be reported for neglect and abuse. The patience don't get bathed regularly. The rooms smell of pee. The sheets do not get changed even after being deficated on. If you bring things for the residents it is stolen within 24 hours. Someone from the state should come in anonymously and see what is truly going on. The "good" employees won't stay there for very long.

Reading these reviews makes me question if they are disgruntled employees or competitors. 3 months ago my father suffered a stroke, and this facility was his only option. I found us in uncharted waters. From my first interactions in February to my meeting with director of nursing this afternoon I have nothing negative to say. We were lost and to be honest we still are, but the staff from the top of the tree down to the lady keeping his room clean have been awesome. When I place a call in the morning to the facility, needing to speak to someone I have never waited past 2 o’clock for a return phone call same day. The therapy team is truly incredible and even though we are out of our depth, we have never been ignored, never been made to feel stupid, and never doubted the level of care my dad receives. Cannot say enough positive things about this place or how they help both residents AND families going through this stuff. Thanks Monique and rest of the team for getting dad as far as you have 🙏
