Very cleansy and comfortable atmosphere. I see how this is so much more just than a just a nursing home this is CARE. Funnest Director does this from my previous experiences in these times.

Well, it’s been two years since Jennifer was at the Canapy. She has since passed away now, butWhile there we had a wonderful time, Diana and her staff run a wonderful place. All the staff makes you feel at home. The facility is very very clean which makes you feel like you’re walking into your own apartment.<br>The rooms are very spacious clean and as I say the staff, the medical staff just went above and beyond to help Jennifer out while she was there!<br>Not to say that there weren’t a few tight spots or hurdles we got over!!<br>Starting with the Amazing Look that the Canopy is Sporting, it’s just such a Floridian Feel. As you enter the Front Door you are Greeted by a Very Warm Friendly face!<br>What they do now is when you arrive they have a nice red carpet and I think a cocktail given to you and a welcomeing committee!!! Which is very nice for residence who are probably a little shy and unsure of why they’re there what they’re doing there… But the staff tries to bring out the best of everyone. Marley The Therapy dog Is just amazing with the people!<br>There’s so many people I’d like to thank and I’ll be forgetting names cause it’s been two years Madi DeShae, Jeanne, Candace, Candi, Rex, Marley<br>Thank you for all your help and this would be a place I would Send my loved one!! The building is beautiful as soon as you walk in you feel like you could be on vacation or something. Deshea showed me rooms for my grandma that made me feel like she would not only have access to care when needed but the list of activities she could participate in she wouldn't feel alone.<br>The location is good too !!! I would definitely recommend Hickory Creek if looking at options for assisted livings !

My grandparent has been staying here for quite some time and the staff is absolutely amazing, super attentive and always go the extra mile when needed. I’ve never seen more professional workers in the way they handle any situation, any concerns at all that I’ve had they’ve went above and beyond to ease my mind and make sure things sail smoothly every time. Thank you to all the staff including DeShea for showing me around in the beginning as well as Diana for being very thorough and kind. The nurse Debbie and the care coordinator Alanna were incredibly knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with putting my loved one here. They will definitely be number one on my list when the time is right for assisted-living.
