This nursing home has unfortunately gone downhill o quickly the past two years. It used to have a team of loyal, honest, and genuinely caring staff members-but one by one, they've either been fired unfairly or pushed out. What's left behind is a skeleton crew of disrespectful STNAs and an unqualified management team that seems more focused on covering up issues than addressing them. Resident care has significantly declined. Basic needs are neglected, communication is poor, and the environment no longer feels safe or compassionate. There is a clear lack of training, oversight, and genuine concern for the well-being of the residents. It's heartbreaking to see a facility that once held promise turn into a place where quality care and respect no longer exist. Families looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their loved ones deserve better than this.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ‼️‼️‼️IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER DO NOT PUT THEM IN THIS PLACE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PERSONS THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE TAKING CARE OF‼️THEY ARE CLEARLY THERE FOR A PAYCHECK‼️LOVE,QUALITY CARE, HEALTH AND WELLNESS IS NOT IN THEIR LIST OF PRIORITIES , THINGS TO DO NOR RESPONSIBILITIES ‼️IN MY OPINION, THE STATE SHOULD TEAR IT DOWN, TAKE AWAY ALL THE SO CALLED LICENSES GIVEN TO THOSE SO CALLED CAREGIVERS NEVER TO REOPEN AGAIN‼️‼️IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE, CARING, GENUINE, COMPASSIONATE, LOVING NURSING HOME YOU CAN TRUST FOR YOUR LOVED ONE, WHO WILL PUT THE INTEREST OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBER FIRST, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE‼️OUR NANA IS A PERSON NOT A PAYCHECK, NOT A CLOCK IN/CLOCK OUT‼️ YOU'RE THERE TO PROVIDE AND CARE FOR HER NEEDS AS IF SHE WAS YOUR OWN FAMILY ‼️I MEAN ISN'T THAT WHAT NURSES, DOCTORS, HEALTHCARE WORKERS GET INTO THE FIELD FOR🤨 TO CARE FOR OTHERS UNABLE TO DO IT THEMSELVES ⁉️IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE ZERO TIMES 1000 I'D RATE THIS PLACE WITH THAT‼️‼️I ONLY MARKED THE ONE STAR CAUSE I HAD TO IN ORDER TO POST MY UTTER DISGUST WITH PERSONS WHO CHOSE TO BE IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD AND YET CHOOSE TO NEGLECT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SUCH😡 WHERE'S THE INTEGRITY⁉️ I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING I DONE THEE BARE MINIMUM WHEN I HAVE THE POWER TO MAKE OR BREAK HOW SOMEONE IS FEELING AND THEY DEPEND ON ME TO TAKE CARE OF THEM.. WHERE'S THE CONSCIOUS OF THESE PEOPLE 😩.. SERIOUSLY RUN‼️😳 IT'S SHAMEFUL CONDUCT FOR ANYONE WHO CALLS THEMSELVES A HUMAN BEING ‼️
