I moved into Timberdale Trace August 31st of 2026 I have stage 4 prostate cancer that has spread two other parts of my body I am terminally ill. Everyone here including the residents and the staff have made my journey so wonderful I have never been happier. I am so thankful so fortunate and truly blessed

The Community provides a great deal of support to staff and families + the residents. The activities keep the residents active as well as their community bus is always out and about on outings!

I would love nothing but to take my grandmother out of this place. And I will keep trying. I understand Dementia is gut wreching disease for the person and the family. But my grandmother had to sit in a room all summer that temp were in 75+ and humid it was unbearable. And for her to complain about how hot it was there was a big issue and it gets super hot in the winter as well. Things have been taken from her room. They are suppose to supply the basics like toliet paper paper towels but yet I'm the one calling to make sure she's getting those things. The director claims to be "trying" to make changes NOTHING has been done. I WILL NO LONGER hear the tears of my grandmother saying she is depressed any longer. She was so happy. DO BETTER! CAUSE THESE HUMANS OUR FAMILY DESERVE IT! ❤❤❤
