From the moment our family met with the Birchwood admissions team, we knew our Mom would be safe, cared for, and treated with dignity. She goes to activities and is more social than in the past. Birchwood staff have been so helpful in getting Mom settled in her new forever home.

My family had to move my father into Birchwood Cottages after a medical issue required him having “2 Up” care. Dad had been moved 3 times in 2 years and I dreaded every second because they had all been worse than the last. The second I met Luara J (Luara #1) at the hospital I knew this was going to be a great move. When he actually got to Birchwood everyone was so great, every question was answered and explained. Every Aide at the complex came to meet my Dad and joked with him and tried to learn something about him. I just can’t say enough on how compassionate and insightful every employee was.

Birchwood has been such a blessing to our family! This has been our grandma’s new home for the past year now since we moved her to Minnesota. They keep her active with fun community activities, are always helpful when scheduling visits and virtual calls, and the staff are some of the kindest people you’ll meet. This team goes above and beyond for their residents everyday!
