My dad used to be one of their residents, and he always used to complain about the mistreatment he would get. My dad isn’t a confrontational person and doesn’t like speaking up for himself so I had to pull him out from there because that’s really unsafe for him. He used to complain about how there would be bugs in the lunch room and even once seen something crawl but his eyesight isn’t the best. I tried to voice my concerns with the mangers and some of the RA’s but they brushed everything off and assured everything is fine. Which is a lie. I just regret ever giving my money to these people. And I hope this review stops families from bringing their loved ones there.

I have been here several times visiting friends and it’s such a lovely place full of life and love. The staff here are amazing and friendly. I look forward to coming here every time. The building is beautiful inside and out and very clean. Ecumen is a fantastic senior housing provider!

One of the best professional staffs in the business! My mother-in-law is getting excellent care and she loves it there! Two thumbs up!
