Mom was refused post hospital rehabilitation placement, due to her need for dialysis, as the facility does not provide transport. Explained that family has arranged primary and back-up transport. Response: your vehicle may fail and back-up plans (multiple people available as transport back-ups) may also fail; therefore not comfortable with the situation.

I’ve been in this facility every day for a month and I could not ask for a better place for my mom to be. The staff are all so wonderful, always keeping me informed on my mom and how she is doing. From the day she arrived it’s been an absolute gift. I sleep well at night because I know she is in well trained, compassionate hands.
